Ensure a Good Night’s Sleep

A good night’s sleep helps improve your emotional and physical health.

 

The body and mind need time to wind down and prepare for the most effective rest possible. Plan it!

 

This evening, prepare yourself by limiting stimulants after 6 pm, turning off TV and ending exercise at least an hour before bed. Have a cup of soothing herbal tea. Be comfy. Dim the lights, get into bed, and try some mindful breathing to help you relax gently into sleep.

  1. I have the best and most vivid nighttime dreamery when I am able to give myself some good time. Last night, I took a nice hot shower and went to bed and I got some very restful sleep in.

  2. I can fall asleep usually in seconds, my wife sometimes hates that 😉 one thing I have been doing recently is the practical Reiki Cleansing before sleep, and it has been great that I wake up even more rested.
