Release Jaw Tension

Release muscle tension in your jaw, (where lots of tension is subconsciously held!)


  • Massage your jaw joints with a circular motion.
  • Yawn or open your mouth wide, hold for 5 seconds and release.
  • Massage your chin for 5 seconds.
  • Stick out your tongue as far as you can for 3 seconds.
  • Smile.
