Release Neck Tension

Release muscle tension in your neck and energize your thinking.


Slowly and firmly press and massage the ridge at the bottom of the back of your skull, moving from the center outward.


Then, take a deep, cleansing breath and experience the difference.

  1. This is such a quick and easy thing to do and it does so much for the mind and body. Feels great, I need to remember to do this multiple times per day.
